Enabling permissions for screenshots

In order for Dropmark to take screenshots on a Mac, we'll need Screen Recording permission.

If you are having issues taking screenshots, or if screenshots only seem to be capturing the desktop wallpaper, try these steps:

  1. Quit the Dropmark app (you can find option this under the ... in the menubar app)
  2. Open up System Preferences and click Security & Privacy
  3. Click the Privacy tab and scroll down to Screen Recording
  4. Highlight any instance of Dropmark you see in the list and click - to remove (you may have to click the lock first to make changes)
  5. Click + to re-add Dropmark Menubar from your Applications folder
  6. Re-open Dropmark Menubar

That should do it!
