Enabling permissions for screenshots
In order for Dropmark to take screenshots on a Mac, we'll need Screen Recording permission.
If you are having issues taking screenshots, or if screenshots only seem to be capturing the desktop wallpaper, try these steps:
- Quit the Dropmark app (you can find option this under the
...in the menubar app)
- Open up
System Preferencesand click
Security & Privacy
- Click the
Privacytab and scroll down to
- Highlight any instance of
Dropmarkyou see in the list and click
-to remove (you may have to click the lock first to make changes)
Dropmark Menubarfrom your Applications folder
- Re-open Dropmark Menubar
That should do it!
