Enabling permissions for screenshots
In order for Dropmark to take screenshots on a Mac, we'll need Screen Recording permission.
If you are having issues taking screenshots, or if screenshots only seem to be capturing the desktop wallpaper, try these steps:
- Quit the Dropmark app (you can find option this under the
...
in the menubar app) - Open up
System Preferences
and clickSecurity & Privacy
- Click the
Privacy
tab and scroll down toScreen Recording
- Highlight any instance of
Dropmark
you see in the list and click-
to remove (you may have to click the lock first to make changes) - Click
+
to re-addDropmark Menubar
from your Applications folder - Re-open Dropmark Menubar
That should do it!
