Why is the sidebar feature appearing in Chrome but either will not open or when it does open keeps asking for my login and then denying me access even though I already have and can do direct on te website?

Can you confirm that you have cookies enabled in your browser, and also your browser does not have private browsing mode enabled?
You might also want to clear your cache after that.
